About Lynne

Born and raised outside of Boston, Lynne attended Vassar College for her BA in Theater with a double minor in Music and Linguistics.

Her formal training was predominantly in classical theater, but informal education came from her extracurricular pursuits with Vassar’s improv group. This training eventually landed her in the improvised sitcom, What Women Talk About, which evolved into the Off-Broadway hit, Naked in a Fishbowl.

Though she works predominantly in New York, she is fortunate to have additional housing in the greater Boston area, metro-Atlanta, and the San Francisco Bay Area, and auditions in these markets regularly.

Lynne is currently in the development phase of her first full-length one-woman-show, and has written for such publications as Backstage.com, One For the Table, and The Huffington Post.

When not on stage, she can be found hiking, biking, spinning, teaching yoga, and volunteering at the 52nd Street Project.
